1. All content on the website is the property of Psychseed and is protected by UK
and international copyright and database right laws. |
| 2. Access to the website: we will do our best to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error free. However due to the nature of the Internet that cannot be guaranteed. |
| 3. You may not use the website in any way that causes or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damage or impaired in any way. |
| 4. Most orders are despatched within 7 days but please allow up to 21 days to allow for exceptional circumstances. Orders within the UK are despatched by first class post. If you have any problems or queries please email us on info@psychseed.com |
| 5. We use best efforts to ensure that product information on the website is accurate. Where mistakes occur we undertake to rectify these as soon as we become aware of them. |
| 6. A school or college purchasing Succeed in Psychology is permitted to photocopy the contents for use within the school or college. It may not be photocopied for use in any institution beyond the institution buying the resource. Whilst Succeed in Psychology 4th Edition CD may be downloaded onto a school/college intranet, the copying of the CD for use outside the institution is strictly prohibited. Ordering of Succeed of Psychology is deemed to be a sign of acceptance of these specific restrictions on the use of the book and the CD. |
| 7. Teachers who buy Succeed in Psychology or who book for a Workshop or Student Revision Day on behalf of schools or colleges may opt to have the school/college pay on invoice. Where an individual does select this option it is inherent within the order that the individual is acting with the knowledge and agreement of the school. |
| 8. In the event of goods not arriving within 21 days of the order being place the school should contact info@psychseed.com and report the failure |
| 9. All invoices issues in accordance with clause 7 are sent to the school/college, and will be payable within 30 days of the date on the invoice. |
| These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. |
